Holiday/Seasonal Associate

Hours/wk: Part & Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

The holiday season begins in the weeks just before Thanksgiving and the available hours increase each week as we lead into Christmas. There will also be hours available the week after Christmas, as we begin our annual inventory process in early January.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

Skills Summary: •Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including the day after Thanksgiving, special Big Event days, and the day after Christmas •Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends •Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service •Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business •Ability to work as part of a team, and take initiative independent of direct supervision •Previous retail experience preferred, but not required Macy's is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
